but I also don't see it improving much from this point
Darioush, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Brut Zero the 2020 Las Iruelas isFocused and fine grained, with red and black currant paste flavors, flanked by singed alder and backed by a tug of loam through the finish. Frankly toasted on the finish, but there's ample fruit to soak that up with some cellaring. Best from 2022 through 2032. 9,250 cases made. Published on August 31, 2021
