After developing a passion for Burgundy, they relocated to the region and gained experience working at Maison Harbour in Savigny les Beaune. Their project, Si Tu Sais, focuses on producing limited quantities of wine with an emphasis on minimal intervention and expressing the unique terroirs of Burgundy.
