Waubs Harbour - Port Storm abv_12.4% Grapes are sourced from theDistilled and matured at Waubs Harbour Distillery on the far east coast of Tasmania, Australia, just metres from the ocean and covered in salty air. Rich ex tawny French Oak casks balanced with American Oak casks. Notes of poached pear and sultana, brown sugar syrup layered with hot custard. At 48%, the salty brininess amplifies and balances the sweetness while adding complexity to the oak. Sultana spiced jam meets rust. Heaps of vanilla, moving to
