It just takes a little while

It's elegant and subtle

rich and very intense on the palate

dark chocolate and anise

This is a beautifully mature Champagne

Reveals rich and concentrated flavors of pear tart and dried mango

Intense and long

Gets better and better

This will however need to add depth to achieve the upper end of my projected range
