Since the early 1960s, Christopher Hall had a long association with Wales, he travelled to Wales many times and Welsh scenes became the subject of many of his paintings, varying from small mining towns to mountains and seaside towns. He exhibited in many galleries in Wales, the National Library of Wales also has a number of his paintings.
