Carabineros Size:Medium 20-30 prawns Please note the Thai RedThese beautiful Carabineros are the king of all prawns and named after the Spanish Border Guards, who's uniform once featured the distinctive deep red colour. Also known as Scarlet Shrimp or Cardinal Prawns. We source our Carabineros from the Fernandez Montoya brothers of Hispamare in Spain. These prawns are caught by small family owned boats in deep Mediterranean waters off the coasts of southern Spain and Morocco. They are carefully packed by hand
