Recognition Light Control, IFF, WW2 P-47 Thunderbolt Nick FighterThis Recognition Light Control Assembly appeared in nearly all of US Army Air Force aircraft of WWII by the end of the war, including the P 47N Thunderbolt Fighter (see photo of the right side panel of the cockpit indicating the location of the switch box). Used for IFF (Identification, Friend or Foe). The toggles flip perfectly. The keying switch depresses as it should. In very nice condition for its age. Measures ~3 inches by ~3. 5 inches x ~2
