the 2020 Guillot Clauzel has turned out beautifully

He normally releases two Cornas

And a tiny hint of dried fruit on the end

This is developing quite well and it could pop another point if it continues on its upward trajectory

This is evolving glacially and certainly much slower than I originally foresaw but it should be a stunner of a Clos de Vougeot when it finally reaches its peak

Ben Glaetzer, Amon Ra Vintage:2005 the 2020 Guillot Clauzel hasDeep purple black in color, the 2010 Amon Ra is very closed on the nose showing pure black fruits, chocolate and licorice with just a touch of loam. Full bodied and densely packed, the voluptuous palate is framed by firm, fine tannins and a crisp acid line. It has a long, well balanced finish. Drink it from 2014 2026+.
