The center back seam on the back makes it fit perfectly. The cheeky option was designed so you can have side straps in differentcolor fabric or even improvise side bow straps. The teeny is a one pieceso the fabric is all the same and no side straps. This is non reversible pattern, however, you can sew it as reversible
