On the River

I grew up on a floating home and a big part of my hear and soul will forever be floating

I didn't even realize I had left the other out until I was finished

I find my brushes a great way to escape and find a sunny warm and dry place for my spirit to roam

I painted this while weathering a rain storm in the Pacific Northwest -and when it rains in the Northwest it really really rains
