the big-bodied flavors still manage to be finer than those of a typical Chaponnières and notably more mineralinflected while delivering superb depth and length

The exceptionally rich, even lavish, flavors lack a bit of energy though I wouldnt describe them as flat. Even so, when coupled with the evident backend warmth, this is a bit too much for my taste.
