Dunkle Nase von Chinarinde und Humus, aufgehellt durch Noten von Pout Pourri, Blumen und mediterraner Macchia. Er ist warm und wrzig und weist ein krftiges Tannin auf, und im Abgang bleibt ein Hauch von Lakritze. Der Colli Aprutini Merlot IGT "Inkiostro" des Jahrgangs 2015 wird durch eine Grung in Edelstahl und eine anschlieende 12 monatige Verfeinerung in Barriques hergestellt. Ein Rotwein von groer Struktur
