ELTON VINCENT - □♢□ TAPE Piano Jonathan Mobleyaving left the hysteria of his live trumpet drones behind, Elton Vincent now delivers a harmonious mishmash of slow, sedate themes for nostalgists. With a trace of diffidence bass love is declared on , resulting in thirteen dark lofi miniatures pretending to be the soundtracks to photographs from imaginary Eastern Bloc archives. An amalgam of flavors for fans of Eduard Artemiev, Village of Savoonga, Deux filles and Rothko.
