The straight, angular shaft is hot forged, blasted and black anodised. It also has anti slip ribs on the bottom of the stirrup for a firm grip. The shaft transmits the force straight from the foot via the stirrup and the gaff into the trunk. The comfortable, padded plastic shells are height adjustable in 1 4 inch intervals (approx. 6 mm) on the shaft. This
