Snerle portvinsglas Drikkeglas Anglais was produced at bothHeight 11. 5 cm. The Snerle glass first appears in Danish catalogues in 1867, where it is offered in Holmegaard's price list. It is also produced at Aalborg Glasvrk and Kastrup Glasvrk. The glass originates from all glassworks before 1900. The glass has a rough optical twist in the cuppa and no cuts. The same glass model is available in three versions, this twisted version, one with cuts called Anglais and one without called Smooth Anglais.
