not too aromatic and "NZ Sauvignon-y" but with great citrus drive and a touch of elderflower floral notes to add interest
which is exclusively hand-harvested
Cava Brut Nature NV, Pago de Tharsys Sparkling Raventós i Blanc is runExcellent value Cava with lovely ripe citrus and red apple notes and none of the battery acid or sugary notes that mass produced Cava has been besmirched with. This is proper, grown up fizz.
