With Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley as the starting point, dehydrated oranges are added before a 5 hour infusion with their pith and skins. The sweet, candied taste of the oranges is balanced with a touch of bitterness and acidity to produce a refreshing wine alternative that is further seasoned with yuzu and cinnamon.
