This smoky and bold single malt Scotch whisky was matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, American oak casks and refill casks to reveal smoky, sweet and spicy flavours of vanilla sponge cake, stem ginger in syrup and apples baked in cinnamon butter, all wrapped up in lavish layers of aromatic Orcadian peat smoke.
