Domaine du Traginer, Collioure Vieilli en Foudre 2013 Montagne de Reims Rich and flavourful on theEqual parts Grenache Noir, Carignan, Syrah & Mourvedre from 70 80 year old vines. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 8 months in very old foudre barrels before bottling. Black cherry and garrigue y notes of wild thyme and rosemary, a silky tannic structure and great concentration.
