Maximiliana) From Sierra Occidental de Jalisco Double distilled in stainless steel still. Nose Strong, pungent. Ripe red strawberries, lavender, lemon grass and pineapple and a slight metal finish from steel fermentation. Palate Sweet aloe vera, currant, grape and apples with a touch of candy.
