Yves Cuilleron took over the reins as the 4th generation vigneron in 1987

this ferments with wild yeast exclusively in stainless steel before spending around 4 months in oak barrels

focused Chenin Blanc fermented and aged in a mixture of concrete tanks and old foudres

where it ages for 18 months with only a touch of sulphur at bottling

taut citrus and subtle honeyed
