San Andres Alipus 47% 70cl Briottet rounded smokeSan Andres Alipus 47% 70cl Mexican Mezcal Nose: Light vegetal with smoke and sweet light fruits, green and sweet red pepper, meaty BBQ notes with a hint of baked pears. Palate: Some nice dry oak and vanilla, apples and pears opening to a sweeter tone after a moment, lots of reduced fruits and touchers of dry spices, pears with a sweet shortcrust pastry, lingering rich aftertaste.
