American evangelist John Chapman

untamed by man

Bouland is famous for producing intensely concentrated Cru Beaujolais

with a vibrating liveliness on the palate and fine bubbles

where high temps often ruin less-hardy grapes

I Custodi "Aedes" Etna Bianco 2022 Size:Each American evangelist John ChapmanI Custodi is joint project between Mario Paoluzi and Mount Etna pioneer Salvo Foti. This cuvee is aged only in steel, which preserves the volcanic minerality and bright citrus tones of the unique carricante grape when planted on Mount Etna. A wonderful introduction to the gorgeous white wines of Mount Etna.
