This pair of eyeglasses come with the original case. The case determines that these eyeglasses come from a Dr. C. Lee Mellinger, the inside of the case reads "DR. C. LEE MELLINGER OPTOMETRIST 414 TEMPLE BLDG., NEW CASTLE, PA." The inside of the case does have some stains on the
