It features a swiveling shaft with swivel lock a plastic washer which is placed between block body and shackle for fixed 0 or 90 shackle position. Stainless steel ball bearings provide smooth, low friction operation under medium loads, while glass fiber reinforced cheeks ensure rigidity and durability. The
