Ilatium, Morini Soave 2023 Yo El Rey lemon-apricotThe delightful colour of freshly cut straw shines in the glass. The nose has a warm climate citrus note, hints of oily lemon peal and a touch of grapefruit. The palate, equally pleasing, is dry with an nutty aspect and bursts of that delicious citrus. There is a mineral finish and a touch of roasted almond.
