A chaotic, almost vertical terraced assemblage of vines spreads downhill surrounded by oak trees, chestnuts and fig trees. The vineyard was until recently completely overgrown. The soils are sandy pink granite with more quartz than others. The wine is matured for 14 months in large oak formats. Its colour, an intense garnet
