Its moist, boozy and incredibly delicious. Serves 810 people. Ingredients: Mixed dried fruit, glac cherries, pitted dates, brown sugar, butter, orange rind, spices, white flour, bicarb soda, spiced rum, egg, orange juice, almond and flan gel. Made in our bakery where eggs, nuts, flour, soy and gluten are present.
