It then has the added capability of connecting to a collar, either by use of the clip, or removing the clip and connecting the strap round the collar. Size The strap to the collar is also adjustable and has a length between 6" and 21" without the clip, and 9" to 24" with the clip, the strap is 1" wide. Each clip is roughly 5" from the centre of the
