Although the laws of the DOC state that only 95% Sangiovese is required, Chiara goes above and beyond, using 100% Sangiovese in her wines. This wine has a savoury nose with lovely bright red fruit and peppery notes. On the palate, it's is rich and balanced, with good intensity and a lifted finish.
