Its roundness comes from the high proportion of Merlot in the blend, with Malbec enhancing the plummy appeal and adding some smoky, savoury touches. Cabernet Sauvignon adds balancing firmness and some spice. The estate, near Pujols in the Entre Deux Mers region, isenthusiasticallyorganically and biodynamically run, and there is a natural energy about this supple,
