Released on Nov. 17, 1987, the album was certified Platinum by the RIAA on Jan. 20, 1988 for one million copies sold.* The album features remixes of tracks from Madonna's first three albums1983's Madonna, 1984's Like a Virgin and 1986's True Blue.
