though its easy going vinification does nothing to hamper its expression of stoniness and garrigue-y depth

and spicy with carbonic notes and plenty of red fruits

developed wine that expresses notes of both red and black fruit

Monje Tradicional Listan Negro Grecanico Diletta Tonello is a young85% Listn Negro, 10% Listn Blanco, 5% Negramoll. In its preparation, we respect some old practices; open tannin maceration & fermentation in old oak barrels. Ruby color with violet tones, aromas of truffle, blackberry, minerals and other indefinable characteristics provided by its varietal origin. In the mouth, it is intense, behaves with character and nerve, ending with a certain bitterness that makes it elegant and unique.
