Aged in wet Heaven Hill ex bourbon barrels and complemented by three years in the tropical heat of Queensland, this combination artfully extracts deep, complex flavours. Tasting notes Aroma of toasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate, along with hints of acacia flower and ginger, culminating in a rich butterscotch finish on the palate.
