Cardrona Growing Wings Sherry and Bourbon 64.9% 35cl Drumshanbo A treat here from HighlandA rich and nutty Single Malt from New Zealand distillery, Cardrona. Matured in a combination of ex bourbon and ex oloroso sherry butts, Growing Wings Solera was left mature for five years. Nose: Rich and confectionary with hints of toasted hazelnuts. Palate: Pecan Pie, treacle trats and vanilla ice cream. Finish: Long and sweet with a nutty oiliness.
