Stirm, Calcite Viosinho Penedès including the ever popularWonderfully textured and delightfully crisp, Stirm Calcite is a blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, and Scheurebe (a grape native to Austria). The grapes were picked by hand over several passes between three different vineyards and then given 24 hours of whole cluster maceration to extract tannins, aroma, and flavor compounds.
