MORNING BOXING CLUB CLASS join us for a classCome join the Brickhouse Family and challenge yourself in an intense Boxing workout taught by Pro Coaches. All experience levels are welcomed. Bring a pair of gloves and hand wraps in order to participate. If you do not know how to wrap your hands, dont sweat it! Come to class 10 15 minutes early, Coach will wrap your hands. The class focuses on aerobics, calisthenics, and plyometrics exercises broken down into rounds. One round equals three minutes.
