Made using around 130 plant extract ingredients this is a great drink to serve over ice or as a digestif Nose: sweet with a slightly tannic herbal aroma, soft minty and a little dry spice. Palate: Minty freshness on the front of the palate, with a soft medicinal note, caraway seed, sweet eucalyptus, with a rather nice hint of soft citrus and
